This product provides cover for sports clubs that operate self-propelled machinery for ground maintenance in areas where members of the public may have access. The Road Traffic Act 1988 makes it compulsory for motorised vehicles used in such places to have insurance in place to cover their liability against injury to third party property or persons. Although you may already have an existing public liability policy for your organisation and believe it to be sufficient, it will almost certainly have an exclusion for indemnity provided by any motor insurance or where security is required by law. Cover includes:

• Automatic Road Traffic Act cover for specified motorised equipment & attached trailers
• Optional addition of accidental damage, fire & theft cover to all specified equipment.
• Driving extended to any authorised club member over 21 years of age (younger drivers may be included on application)
• Vehicle usage is for social, domestic & pleasure purposes & use in connection with the club’s / organisation’s business
• Unlimited liability for bodily injury and up to £5,000,000 in respect of damage to third party property damage.
