Interesting rugby injury case

Please check out the link below to a very interesting rugby injury case, the main points being that all clubs would benefit from:
- Taking reasonable steps to ensure safety of playing surface (and document your procedures)
- An Insurance policy would defend a club in a case like this, without insurance it would cost the club or the individual club officials thousands.
- Also despite lots of scare stories this is a good example of the law being sensible
