Duncan Sutcliffe, Managing Director of Mann Broadbent Limited at the end of the Long Tour of Bradwell on 6th August 2011, a 33 mile fell race, which he completed in a ponderous 8 hours and 15 minutes, but as always is still smiling!

An Insurance policy would defend a club in a case like this, without insurance it would cost the club or the individual club officials thousands.
Also despite lots of scare stories this is a good example of the law being sensible
