We’ve joined the OIA!
Mann Broadbent is excited to have become a member of the Outdoor Industries Association (OIA), a not-for-profit association representing the outdoor sector, whose membership ranges from one-man-bands to international businesses.
Duncan Sutcliffe, director, Mann Broadbent, explains: “The common element for all members of the OIA, as with ourselves, is getting people active outdoors – and as safely as possible. It is a great fit for us: we have been helping clients achieve this on a daily basis for over 50 years. The Mann Broadbent team are also individually involved with the great outdoors, so understand the sector from both sides of the coin.”
Andrew Denton, chief executive of the OIA, added: “The OIA’s purpose is to support, campaign for and promote the outdoor recreational industry for the benefit of all members and the outdoor sector as a whole. It is therefore great to welcome Mann Broadbent to the membership considering their history in and experience of the outdoor sector.”
Duncan concluded: “It just made sense for Mann Broadbent to be part of the leading organisation working for and behalf of the outdoor sector – a sector we are heavily involved in both through work and amongst the team’s personal lives.”
