If something has happened and you need to make a claim, please call the office at 01905 612336, and we will guide you through the process.
Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please contact your insurer directly if you need help and support outside these hours or on a bank holiday.
You will usually find the Claims Helpline details in your Policy Document at the beginning.
Your insurer will need your information to help them start the claim process. Before ringing, we recommend you have your Policy Schedule in front of you, which will provide all the required details.
